GUARANTEE

Menxeta i Peris, C.B.. guarantees its floorings from materials or manufacturing defects for a period of one year, beginning from the date of finishing installations.

This responsibility implies the replacement of any defective material and the payment of defective installations made by Menxeta i Peris, C.B.

Menxeta i Peris, C.B. is not responsible for defects caused by inappropriate use of the flooring for the performance of activities not related to its purpose or due to failure in following maintenance directions prescribed by the enterprise.

Any claims from the customer related to the installations made should be communicated in writing to Menxeta i Peris, C.B. or to its agent, within 30 days from the date the customer noticed or should have noticed the reason of the claim.
